During the IPC meeting the members of the ECSC Steering Committee meet in person in Rome to present new initiatives and discuss future programs.

The first round of openECSC has begun, kicking off the 2024 openECSC competition! This round features 16 jeopardy challenges to be solved individually over one week of time.

OliCyber.IT is the Italian Olympiad in Cybersecurity, a cybersecurity training for high schools students (14-19 y.o.). The regional CTF will be mirrored to the openECSC2024 platform for all the participants.

CyberChallenge.IT is the italian national cybersecurity training program dedicated to high schools and university students, from 16 to 24 years old. The University CTF, individual and in jeopardy-style, will be mirrored to the openECSC2024 platform and open to everyone.

On saturday, June 15th 2024, the official selection for TeamItaly 2024 will take place. It is a Jeopardy CTF lasting 24 hours, that will cover all the categories between cryptography, binary exploitation, reverse engineering, web security, forensics e miscellaneous. The participation is open to everyone, but only those in the correct age range will be able to compete for a place in TeamItaly 2024.

CyberChallenge.IT is the italian national cybersecurity training program dedicated to high schools and university students, from 16 to 24 years old. The national final is held in Attack/Defense format, with teams of 6 players each, representing their university or institution. A mirror competition reserved to ECSC teams will be also hosted. More information will be announced closer to the event date.

The European Cybersecurity Challenge is the annual cybersecurity championship during which teams of 10 members aged 14 to 24, representing European and some invited non-European countries, participate on-site in cybersecurity competitions (CTF - Capture The Flag) over 2 days, to determine the European champion.
