On 8 October 2024 the Italian National Coordination Centre (NCC-IT) will host its first matchmaking event within the ECSC 2024.

Italian and European start-ups within the Cyber Innovation Network Operators' portfolio will have the chance to pitch in front of potential investors, industry partners and end users. The participants will have the opportunity to establish new contacts, synergies and partnerships, while interconnecting and exchanging experiences.

The Cyber Innovation Network is the ACN strategic program supporting the development of cutting-edge startups. This program, leveraging the experience of selected national incubators and accelerators, aims to foster the innovation and the industrial strengthening of the national economic system, by scaling-up research, facilitating technology transfer and developing new innovative products to meet the needs of the market.

The ACN has been appointed as NCC-IT according to Regulation (EU) 2021/887. This first matchmaking event is part of the communication and dissemination strategy of the NCC-IT, as one of the many activities and opportunities that will be organized in the coming months to support the national cybersecurity ecosystem.

The event aims at bridging the gap between start-ups investors, business partners and young talents, while helping them in gaining visibility and recognition at European level and expanding their reach on the market and access to finance
